CHICKEN BANH MI BURGERS WITH GENERAL TSO’S AIOLI

Makes 4 burgers.

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
1 tsp. Signature Steakhouse Rub & Seasoning
Assorted pickled vegetables (cucumbers, peppers, red onions, radishes, carrots, etc...) prepared as per instructions on In A Snap 10 Minute Quick Pickle Kit

General Tso’s Aioli
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. General Tso’s Sauce

Combine mayonnaise and General Tso’s Sauce; mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

Instructions

Season chicken breasts with Signature Steakhouse Rub & Seasoning. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Top cooked chicken with pickled vegetables, then drizzle with General Tso’s Aioli. Serve as is or on a bun and top with lettuce and cilantro, if desired. Enjoy!
